Country Blend $10/full loaf, $6.50/half loaf:

The Country Blend sourdough is our original formula. For years, this bread has been our go-to for toast, sandwiches, French Toast and pretty much anything else bread is good for. 70/30 blend of white flours, and freshly milled whole wheat flours. Pleasant nutty flavor from Durum wheat, and a subtle sour tang.

Emerald Hills Blend $10/full loaf, $6.50/half loaf:

This blend showcases the bolder flavors of whole wheat flour with a 70% whole wheat blend. We use freshly milled (on site) organic Red Spring and White Winter wheat for this loaf, producing a hearty and nutritious bread that is equally at home supporting your favorite cold cuts, or dipping into a stew or soup.

Stulsaft Cheddar & Herb $12/full loaf, $7.50/half loaf:

Sharp cheddar cheese and aromatic thyme are the stars of this bread!! The creamy, funky, and tangy cheddar pairs perfectly with the savory and earthy punch of the thyme. This bread will go great on a cheese/charcuterie board, toasted with a bit of butter, or as the foundation for a crispy, browned grilled cheese sandwich!

Everything Edgewood Loaf $12/full loaf

Everything Bagels are popular in our house, so we thought we’d try adding some of the same seasoning to a loaf of bread. We are so glad we did, and we made it this month’s “special” loaf!! All of what you love in a good Everything Bagel, but in a loaf that is ready to be toasted, with a side of eggs, or however you want to use it! This loaf has all that great seasoning inside and out, and our taste testers love it! Give it a try!

Summerhill Sesame $12/full loaf, $7.50/half loaf:

This bread is very similar to our Country Blend, though with the wonderful addition of toasted sesame seeds inside and out! Slightly tangy from the slow fermentation, and a burst of nutty sesame flavors! Add it to your cheese or charcuterie platter, toast it up with some great butter, or even just use it for a good ol’ peanut butter and jelly sandwich!

Wildcat English Muffins $8/6 muffins:

These English Muffins are ready to be slathered with butter, jam, or honey, or to serve as the base for egg sandwiches, eggs benedict, etc. We recommend that you fork split these muffins to get those great nooks and crannies that toast up just right, and hold onto all your tasty toppings!
